IT Mines merely facilitates its Tenants to configure the flow of its Services and offers to fetch KYC data from Digilocker and besides facilitating capturing of manual data and ESigning of such data plotted on a document through Digio (Aadhaar Based Esign),

IT MINES is neither into providing any of its own services as a “Distributor” or as a Registered Entity reporting to either SEBI, RBI or any other regulatory entity in India.

You hereby agree and understand that IT MINES nowhere makes personal calls or promotes any of its individual “Tenant” to Digitally On-board or use any of the other services

IT MINES does not guarantee the end customer who is being on-boarded by the “Tenant” for the timeliness, accuracy, viability, or quality of any of the content made available by its Tenant. IT MINES shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, resulting from action taken by end customer due to on-boarding or thereafter

IT Mines platform offer standard features and in case if “Tenant” requires additional compliance, regulatory or any other on-boarding related checks or data capture to be done, same will have to be managed outside the platform independently.

IT MINES is not responsible for any technical failure or malfunctioning of the software or delays of any kind. IT Mines is not responsible for non-receipt of OTP details by its end customers on email during on-boarding process.

Tenant shall bear all responsibility of keeping the password of its Admin password access secure. IT MINES is not responsible for the loss or misuse of the password.
